PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boiler to improve heat transfer efficiency and decrease size. SOLUTION: A combustion chamber 8 is formed inside a water tube row 3 aligned in an annular shape, and opening parts 10a and 10b to guide combustion gas are formed in a part of the water tube row 3. By aligning the annular water tube row 4 at the outlets of the opening parts 10a and 10b, combustion passages 5 and 5 are caused to communicate with flues 12 through an opening 11 formed in a water tube row 4. Fins 20 in an angle shape in cross section are mounted on both inside and outer water tubes fronting on the combustion gas passages 5 and 5 in such a manner as to be directed to a longitudinal direction.
