PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension wire having a vibration control function capable of absorbing yawing resonance and pitching resonance generated in an optical pickup device by the suspension wire itself. SOLUTION: A phosphor bronze wire is used as a springy metallic conductor 1, and a polyurethane viscoelastic coating film 2 by applying/baking polyurethane paint is arranged on this outer periphery as a viscoelastic coating film 2 to be formed as a suspension wire 3 having a vibration control function.
