摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problem that the irradiation with laser beam at the timing suitable for recording the data has been difficult due to the generation of a time lag between the time when magnetic field occurrence from a magnetic head is controlled and the time when the magnetic field from the magnetic head is applied really to a recording medium. SOLUTION: The laser beam of a light emission output set to equivalent to a reproducing output is emitted toward the recording medium, from an optical head 1, and the magnetic field according to the test data is applied to the recording medium by the magnetic head 23. Since the laser beam is polarized answering to the applied magnetic field, the read data binarizing a read signal according to the test data obtained by the polarization are phase compared with the data clock that the switch timing of the magnetic field generated from the magnetic head 23 is decided, and a phase difference between them is detected. The light emission timing of the laser light source of the optical head 1 is adjusted according to the phase difference, and is suitable for recording data.
