PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of a radar type or coherer type thunderbolt detector for measuring static electricity or intensity of electromagnetic wave. SOLUTION: In this detector, a (static) position and/or approaching/separating condition (dynamic) data of a thunder cloud is detected and computed to issue a warning in response to a risk while protecting an own circuit, by using a coherer with an auto-reset decoherer and by arranging in parallel a coherer for a lightning protection circuit and the like separately in the coherer.
