摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To switch a communication direction without enlarging equipment and without raising power consumption and to improve a communication possible area, especially a distance in light communication equipment and an electronic unit, where radio communication is realized. SOLUTION: In an electronic unit provided with optical communication equipment by radio, the optical communication equipment is provided with an optical communication part 11 substituting digital data for a light signal and receiving/ emitting light and with a communication direction switch part 14 which is formed of a first incident/radiation face 15 which is oppositely positioned near the communication face of the optical communication part 11, a waveguide 17 where the light signal which is made incident and radiated on/from the first incident/radiation face 15 is made to pass and a second incident/radiation face 16 where the light signal is made incident/radiated and which switches and localizes the communication direction. The cross-sectional area of the waveguide 17 becomes larger as it is departed from the first incident/radiation face 15 and the light signal which is made incident from the second incident/ radiation face 16 is converged as it approaches the first incident/radiation face 15.
