PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device of which the consumables require short time for their exchange and are purchased through easy processing. SOLUTION: A judging processing part 204 inside a network printer 101 judges whether or not the consumables in a printing processing part 200 is to be exchanged. When the judging processing part 204 judges the presence of an article to be exchanged among these consumables, on the basis of report destination information preserved in a storage area 205, the message of consumables caution is transmitted to a PC 102 of a manager to exchange the consumables. Purchase processing of the consumables is performed by ordering the consumables through a network processing part 203 to the destination to purchase the consumables corresponding to a consumables purchase processing instruction from a panel display & input part 201. Or, corresponding to the consumables purchase processing instruction from the panel display & input part 201, the purchasing processing of the consumables is performed by printing a document to be transmitted to a seller of the comsumobles, which is designated in the report destination information, by the printing processing part 200. |
