PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interlocking device of the illuminating plate of a see- through type display window on which the display of time of the like are displayed and in which other than characters are transparent and through which constructions of equipment are seen an electronic equipment and sound equipment. SOLUTION: This device uses a EL plate as an illuminating means and eliminates an erroneous operation (movement) of the illuminating plate due to chocks or the like by providing a cushioning mechanism in which an inclined surface is provided at the contact surface between an operating lever and a linking plate in the moving of the illuminating plate.
