PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support device for performing fuel replacement without human errors, without requiring operators to be highly skilled. SOLUTION: To support fuel replacement work done by a fuel replacement crane system including a fuel replacement crane 2, a load monitoring device 10 connected to a load sensor 3 for sensing total load including the load of a fuel assembly 8a, and a semiautomatic operating device 11 connected to a hoist 5 to obtain information on the hoist height and velocity, the fuel replacement work support device 12 includes a personal computer 13 used to input information from the load monitoring device and the semiautomatic operating device, a CRT 14 with a touch panel on which various information including load trip information can be displayed, and an external storage device 15 capable of printably storing information to be input to the personal computer, including the operating hysteresis of the fuel replacement crane.
