PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool a mug substantially at the same temperature as that of the beer to suppress temperature rising of the beer to be poured by a simple operation before pouring the beer in the mug when the beer is poured in the mug by a dispenser by placing the mug at an easily handling place as usual. SOLUTION: A water tank 20 is mounted in a case-like cooler body 1 formed to be disposed at an adjacent side position of a beer dispenser A to be installed at a suitable position on an upper surface of the like of a counter. A refrigerant coil 13 for vaporizing a refrigerant at a circulating passage of the refrigerant of a refrigerator is arranged in the tank 20, a cooling water coil 21 connected at its upstream side to a city water piping 80 is arranged in the tank 20, and connected at its downstream side of the coil 21 to a cooling water cock 8 installed at an outer surface side of the body, and a sprinkling nozzle 85 for ejecting a cooling water upward is provided at the cock 8.
