PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device and an image forming device capable of stably supplying toner to developer on a developer carrier even when the toner high in flocculation degree is used and realizing uniform image density even when the developing device is inclined. SOLUTION: In this developing device in which the state of taking in the toner into the developer 5 is changed by changing a contact state between the developer 5 on a developing sleeve 6 and the toner 4 positioned in a toner supply path 13 by the change of the toner concentration of the developer 5 on the sleeve 6, a rotatable magnet member 15 is arranged inside a toner supply base 12. Thus, since the movement of the magnetic toner 4 in the path 13 is promoted by magnetic force from the magnet member 15, the toner 4 is not flocculated. Besides, since the magnetic force from the magnet member 15 acts on the developer 5 in the path 13 and the developer 5 is restricted, the developer 5 is not moved even when the developing device is inclined in an axial direction. |
