PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording medium, and a recording device and a reproducing device, capable of efficiently managing data in block unit. SOLUTION: To a recording medium, which has an information recording area on the inner peripheral side. The recording medium has a recordable recording track in which such information has been recorded beforehand, as contains periodical information obtained by periodically displacing the track center line arranged in a spiral form on the outer peripheral side of the information recording area in the direction of the track width with respect to a virtual center line. A displacement part is arranged in the direction of the track width from the side edge part of the above recording track, and control information detectable by this displacement part from the above periodical information separated has been recorded beforehand, recording data are recorded on the above track by separating the above periodical information and the control information from a detection signal detected through a band-pass filter 51 and a high-pass filter by scanning the above track with an optical pickup 31 to an optical disk 21, and by managing the recording data in blocks by a record processing means based on the above periodical information and control information. |
