PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To return a system to a normal operation immediately after fault restoration by executing a countermeasure (recovery) corresponding to the fault in the case of the occurrence of an unexpected accident or the fault such as disaster or trouble. SOLUTION: A library card issuing device 4 is connected to a server machine 1 via a network 3 with a storage memory 2 as a shared memory. Order receiving information are collectively inputted from the server machine 1 and stored in the shared memory 2. The device 4 executes a library card issuing processing based on order receiving information stored in the shared memory 2. Issuing result information are stored in the shared memory 2 from the device 4. When the network 3 is disconnected, order receiving information stored in the shared memory 2 are copied in a FD 6, the FD 6 is set in the device 4 and the issuing processing based on order receiving information from the FD 6 is executed. Issuing result information in the device 4 is stored in the FD 7, the FD 7 is set in the server machine 1 and issuing result information from the FD 7 are stored in the shared memory 2. |
