PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize a medical treatment template editing system which enables a template user such as a doctor and a medical affair staff to easily edit a desirable medical treatment template. SOLUTION: The medical treatment template editing system has data files 21 by sheets including element data which prescribe medical items to be arrayed on respective sheets and also prescribe their input formats and pasting positions of those data on the respective sheets. A display processing means and a display means display pictures for element registration and also display pictures for sheet registration. By an editing means, the specification of one of listed sheets or new registration to them and the specification of one of the listed elements or new registration thereto are possible, and specified or newly registered data can be edited.
