PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate whether or not communications are possible and a possible altitude through processing by a computer and to represent the results. SOLUTION: In a simulation calculation regarding geographical trouble of a short-wavelength oscillation wave communication by a computer, data based upon 'numerical map mesh data (altitude)' are used and when coordinate or latitude and longitude, and height information on a desirable spot to be investigated which is obtained by a coordinate indicating means is obtained, it is judged whether or not there is a geographical fault as to one communication partner, and a state wherein a communication is possible when there is no geographical trouble or a state wherein a communication is impossible when there is a geographical trouble is represented and information on an altitude at which a communication becomes possible is obtained. Further, communicable altitudes as to respective points at the periphery of the base point of communication are calculated, perspective points by altitudes are displayed on a geographical information map to obtain planar information regarding the altitudes. |
