PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buying and selling display plate which makes objects, such as automobile desired to be sold, visible without requiring a space for display to many and unspecified persons in a wide area, can easily inform the many and unspecified persons of the desire to sell and where to contact, etc., and is further capable of lessening the laboriousness of the persons desirous of selling when selling the objects. SOLUTION: Desired patterns 3 are displayed on a rigid or soft plate material 2 formed to a desired shape. This plate material is provided with a display part 4 for the name of the item desired to be sold, a display part 5 for where to contact and a display part 9 for the price at which the article is desired to be sold. At least one surface of the plate material 2 is provided with an affixation layer 6 coated with a tacky adhesive. Release paper 7 is affixed to the affixation layer 6. Further, a character mark 8 is displayed on the plate material 2. The parts to be displayed which are described above are displayed by fluorescent coating materials and/or fluorescent tapes.
