PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for conducting a restoring test of a base isolation floor capable of safely and smoothly conducting the test without generating a flight substance in load tripping by applying a testing load to the base isolation floor, then quickly releasing the load. SOLUTION: A tensile device 1 is connected to one side of an anchor head 4 having a slit 2 at the other end. A through hole 2a is formed on the side of the anchor head 4, a double tubular hydraulic cylinder type drawing device 5 is arranged in the through hole 2a, and a lock pin 3 is inserted into the center of the drawing device 5. A joining plate 8 having a locking hole 6 for locking a lock pin 3 installed on the side surface is detachably inserted into the slit 2, and the end of the joining plate 8 is connected to a base isolation floor 7.
