PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating system keeping the indoor air of a building comfortable, costing less for equipment and generating less noise inside the building and rooms. SOLUTION: A ventilating system ventilating a building having a plurality of rooms 11 to 23 and a shared space of corridors and stair halls 14 and 23 adjacent to these rooms 11 comprises an air supplying means arranged to a room requiring the ventilation from the outside of the building or the rooms, a forced exhausting means arranged to any of the rooms for force exhausting from the rooms and the shared space requiring the ventilation through any of the rooms to the outside, and a force air supplying and exhausting means supplying or exhausting the air by force between the shared space and the other rooms which are not provided with the force exhausting means.
