PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-exchanging ventilator having the structure of draining water accumulated in an exhausting side blower without the structure of a specific water pan for draining. SOLUTION: The water accumulated in an exhausting side blower 10 can be easily processed with only the structure of processing dew condensation water of a heat exchanger 9, by arranging the path of outdoor air taking in path after the heat exchanger 9 under the indoor air exhausting path, arranging the lower stand water pan 16 arranged to the outdoor air introducing path and the upper stand water pan 15 arranged to the indoor air exhausting path to the downward surface of projection of the heat exchanger, arranging the direction of the shaft of an exhausting side blower 10 horizontal, and arranging a draining hole to the lower edge of the side surface of the exhaust blower 10 crossing the shaft of the exhausting blower 10.
