PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal adaptor system that remote maintenance is made easy and to provide a terminal adaptor device for the system. SOLUTION: The terminal adaptor device 10 transmits communication information and setting information to a counter device 19 through a transmission bus 102 and a control channel bus 103, and the counter device 19 transmits the information of the counter device 19 to the terminal adaptor device 10 by the reverse routes to allow ease of remote maintenance between the terminal adaptor device 10 and the counter device 19.
