PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmitter-mounting structure, which can solve the problem raised by the conventional transmitter mounting structure that the reference transmitting signal of a PLL circuit formed on a printed board side affects a circuit board, is mixed with the transmitting signal of a transmitter constituted on the circuit board, and produces beat signals which becomes a disturbing signal, because the circuit board is not grounded sufficiently to the printed board. SOLUTION: In a transmitter-mounting structure, a plate-like conductive rubber member 16 is arranged on the lower surface of a circuit board 5, in such a way that the member 16 is connected electrically to a grounding conductor 4, and at the same time, the member 16 is placed on a grounding conductive section 12. Therefore, the conductor 4 is electrically connected to the conductive section 12, and the circuit board 5 is sufficiently grounded to the PLL circuit of a printed board 11.
