PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an objective lens driving device capable of stably writing in to and reading out from an optical disk by holding a the relative angle between the objective lens and the optical disk always constant. SOLUTION: This device is constituted such that it is equipped with a movable part including an objective lens 4, focusing coil 6, tracking coil 7 and lens holder 5, with a fixed part 8 holding the movable part through an elastic supporting member 9, and with magnets and a tilting coil 13; that the winding axis of the focusing coil 6 and that of the tilting coil 13 are arranged nearly coaxially; and that the magnets 1, 3, 11, 12 are each arranged symmetrically in the radial and tangential directions of the optical disk roughly against the center of the objective lens 4.
