PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily remove high-order components, and to obtain a proper vibration force in an electromagnetic vibration generator. SOLUTION: A reference pulse signal P is prepared at a prescribed duty rate in synchronism with an input pulse signal S from a vibration generating source, and at least one off-partα,β, etc., with preliminarily specified random timing and width are set in each pulse of the reference pulse signal for making it correspond to the size of control amplitude, corresponding to the amplitude by vibration of the vibration generating source so that an electrical control signal C can be obtained. Thus, it is possible to suppress generation of higher- order vibration components, by controlling a driving part according to the electrical control signal C. Also, it is possible to drive an electromagnet by proper driving currents corresponding to the amplitude by vibration of the vibration generating source, and to suppress the vibration of a vehicle by properly vibrating a mass member 25.
