PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an accurate relation of VH-V1=V1-VL and also realize an accurate relation of V2-V1=V1-Vss, concerning common side driving voltages VH, VL, V1, and segment side voltages V2, V1. SOLUTION: A segment side voltage V2 is divided into the halves by two resisters to produce a voltage V1. Then, V2-V1≠V1-Vss caused by dispersion of an offset voltage of a buffer circuit composed of an operational amplifier and that of an accuracy ratio of the tow resisters is corrected by trimming either of the two resisters, and the relation of V2-V1=V1-Vss is realized with accuracy. Moreover, by adopting the segment side voltage V2 as a positive power source of a buffer circuit composed of an operational amplifier, it is possible to control an electric power loss of the buffer circuit 120 composed of the operational amplifier to (V2-V1)×(current consumed by a liquid crystal panel).
