PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand a voice which can be recognized by registering an arbitrary key operation sequence that a user specifies for one voice command. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a voice command registering means 13 which registers the conversion result of a voice recognizing means 12 as a voice command while relating it to a key event inputted from a key input means 14.
