PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional stereoscopic video image realizing device employing a double scanning system and a three-dimensional stereoscopic video system provided with the device. SOLUTION: The three-dimensional stereoscopic video image realizing device is provided with a standardizing section 110 that standardizes one video signal that is separated into upper and lower stages, a 1st video processing section 120 that vertically expands only the video signal of the upper stage downward by using a boundary line separating the video signal outputted from the standardizing section 110 for a reference, a 2nd video processing section 130 that vertically expands the video signal of the lower stage upward having not been processed by the 1st video processing section 120, and a sequential output section 140 that sequentially outputs the upper stage video signal processed by the 1st video processing section 120 and the lower stage video signal processed by the 2nd video processing section 130. This invention realizes a left eye image and a right eye image adopting a double scanning system to eliminate ghost and flicker in the image. |
