PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user interface which visually produces presence like a daily conversation for a chat system which is constituted through a network. SOLUTION: When terminal devices are connected together on-line through a server, the ID of an input terminal is discriminated, and input data from the input terminal and a figure related to the ID are displayed on display devices of other terminal devices at specific coordinate positions together with relevant figures.
