PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and effectively utilize a processor by enabling the use of an uniterruptive power supply without initial investment, and paying a charge for a guaranty period. SOLUTION: The operation state data of the uniterruptive power supply for a time guaranteeing the operation of the uniterruptive power supply(UPS) arranged between a load device and a commercial power source and used for uniterruptive operation are output, guaranty charge depending on the time guaranteeing the operation of the uninterruptive power supply is stored, and when the output operation state data satisfies the time gurateeing the operation, the stored guaranty charge is output as a demand for payment. The output operation state data are input to a remote monitoring device through a communication device, and the same operation state data are shown on the data display of the uniterruptive power supply side.
