PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressor valve having valve members with an element designed to vibrate at least substantially in a phase-shifted manner during operation in order to reduce or eliminate noises produced by the compressor valve due to vibration of the valve members. SOLUTION: This compressor valve 1 includes a valve element 3, and the valve element has a generally cylindrical cavity 5 therein. A base of the cavity 5 forms a valve seat 7 of the valve 1. Discharge ports 9 extend through the valve element 3 to the valve seat 7. A flexible valve disk 11 is disposed on the valve seat 7. The valve disk 11 is situated on the delivery ports 9 and closes the delivery ports 9 under normal conditions. A guide member 13 is disposed on the valve disk 11 to form a gap between the valve seat 7 and the guide member 13. The gap allows the valve disk 11 to make bending motion by accommodating its bending.
