PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a fixing metal for apparatus such that the tilting angle of an apparatus in the movement is different from that the installation because two kinds of fixing metals, i.e., a caster and an adjuster puller-port, are required at the bottom of the apparatus. SOLUTION: A caster and an adjuster puller-part are integrated by providing an external bolt 4 having a first head part, a first externally threaded supporting part, an internally threaded part provided in the center thereof, and a high friction member fixed to the bottom; an inner bolt 6 having a second head part, a second threaded supporting part, and a rotary member contained rotatably on the bottom of the second threaded supporting part. The first threaded supporting part of the outer bolt is engaged with a threaded part provided on the bottom of the apparatus, while the second threaded supporting part of the inner bolt is engaged with the internally threaded part of the outer bolt and then they move in the axial direction through rotation thereby adjusting the height.
