PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weight loss measurer and a weight loss measuring method capable of easily finely adjusting a blending amount, accurately, rapidly and continuously measuring, and storing data or the like of a work history, a quality record or the like to allow effective use. SOLUTION: This weight loss measurer comprises a weighing means 1 continuously measuring a weight of a weighed material stored in a container W; a controller 6 having display means 3, 4, 5 respectively displaying the measurement result of the weighing means 1 as a pre-measurement weight, a measurement weight and a post-measurement weight by a programmable controller 2 including a storage means 2a, a calculation means 2b and a print control means 2c; an operation means 7 for the controller 6; and a printer 8 printing the measured values displayed on the respective display means 3, 4, 5. The operation means 7 comprises a measurement start button 7a and a print start button 7b.
