SUBSTANCE: methane tank is connected with waste receiver; methane tank consists of acid, neutral, alkaline and methane fermentation chambers provided with dispersers. Three-phase fermentator is mounted on ceiling of room where methane tank is installed. Fermentator is provided with passages which are communicated with air supercharger in its lower portion and sludge sprinkler in upper portion. Methane fermentation chamber is connected with chlorella generator inside which flat spiral with glass fiber bundle is mounted on shaft. Chlorella generator is brought into communication with centrifugal microfilter and dynamic disintegrator where biomass is subjected to disintegration. Mixture of ordinary and deuterium water is fed to receiver and to rectifying tower connected with tritium breeder. Heat exchanger of breeder is connected with steam separator and steam turbine of electric generator drive by means of cooling loop. End wall of breeder is connected with condenser and commercial helium receiver. Excessive biomass from outlet branch pipe of disintegrator is fed to protein-vitamin additive drier. EFFECT: possibility of obtaining additional production of helium, electric power, compost, protein-vitamin additive and superheavy water. 1 dwg
