PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize generation of compactness and reduction of a cost in a ultrasonic motor of two-shaft drive type. SOLUTION: In a fixed shaft 1a, a movable stator 11 is provided so as to turn, a first rotor 9 is fixed, a rotary housing 2 is provided turn, and a second rotor 10 is integrally formed in the rotary housing, an encoder 8 is gear connected to an external peripheral surface of the rotary housing, each circular annular resonance part in internal/external peripheral surfaces of the movable stator is switched to be driven, and the movable stator or the second rotor is turned. Accordingly, each rotational speed in each drive condition can be detected by a rotational speed sensor, so as to eliminate the need for providing the two rotational speed sensors in an ultrasonic motor device of two-shaft drive type, generation of compactness can be obtained in the motor device, also reduction of its cost can be obtained. |
