PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a forced-air cooling comb-type heat sink to be enhanced in heat dissipating performance. SOLUTION: A forced-air cooling comb-type heat sink is provided with fins 1 which are arranged like comb teeth as a cooling body, the fins 1 are arranged on the one side of a base 2 mounted with heat generating bodies 3, and louvers 5 are provided on the fin 1 making an angle of 10 to 45 deg. with a direction in which a cooling fluid flows toward the base 2 and arranged in a line so as to be uniformly distributed closer to the tip 1' of the fin 1 than the central part of the height of the fin.
