PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance reliability of a switching circuit. SOLUTION: A switching circuit is provided with a frequency converting means, which is connected with sub-winding and produces converted voltage or converted current corresponding to the on and off cycles of a switching element, a switching control means which varies the oscillation frequency of output oscillation signals outputted from an output terminal, according to control signals supplied to a control input end, and a control signal supplying means, which supplies the control input terminal with electrical signals as control signals corresponding to the converted voltage or converted current. Output oscillation signals are supplied to the switching element, and thereby the on and off cycles of the switching element are varied according to the oscillation frequency of the output oscillation signals. |
