PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a less experienced buyer to judge the proper price of a secondhand article including a used car relatively easily. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a mediating computer 20 which stores, in a storage means, the assessment result of a secondhand article by a seller-side trader 100 and a selling price of the secondhand article that a seller 80 desires, sends information on them to a buyer's computer 30 to display them to a buyer 300, and allows the buyer 300 to purchase the secondhand article. The mediating computer 20 stores, in the storage means, a standard dealing price corresponding to the properties of the secondhand article, transmits the assessment result, selling price, and standard dealing price to a purchaser's computer 30 to display them to the buyer 300, and makes the buyer 300 judge those piece of display information totally, so that the buyer 300 purchases the secondhand article. |
