PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a motor driver which can be assembled without requiring soldering and in which rotational amount can be detected without requiring a high cost flexible board. SOLUTION: The motor driver comprises a motor drive unit comprising a motor for driving a member, a mechanism for transmitting the output of the motor, and an encoder for detecting the rotational amount of the motor, a printed board secured with a photosensor, and a securing member for bonding the motor drive unit and the printed board wherein the motor drive unit and the printed board are bonded to the securing member such that the encoder faces the photosensor and the rotational amount of the motor is detected from a signal detected by the photosensor. |
