DATA TRANSMISSION TERMINAL AND DATA COMMUNICATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data communication system that can attain high-speed data transmission with small power consumption by omitting negotiation of a data communication link in the case of conducting data communication through the use of a channel of a mobile phone. SOLUTION: When the data transmission terminal detects that the arrival of a call trough a mobile wireless phone terminal is a call from a predetermined data communication opposite party, the data transmission terminal automatically replies to the incoming call to form a speech line. Then the data transmission terminal transmits data to the speech line through a wireless phone terminal as a dial signal. Thus, the data transmission terminal delivers the data to a data collection device in a form of a DTMF signal.
