PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a rod-less cylinder. SOLUTION: Stopper members 18a, 18b are equipped to a cylinder tube 12 composing a rod-less cylinder 10 through end plates 16a, 16b. Adjuster bolts 92a, 92b regulating a moving range of a slide table 14, and shock absorbers 93a, 93b absorbing a shock when the slide table 14 collides with the adjuster bolts 92a, 92b are attached to the stopper 18a, 18b. In the stopper 18a, 18b, outer ports 104a, 104b communicating with inner ports 102a, 102b provided in end plates 16a, 16b are formed.
