<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that a video recording control is executed sometime in a place not required from a user, a required video recording control cannot to be executed because of a time lag, and sometime, a chattering is caused by execution of the video recording operation at an unconcerned time. SOLUTION: A microcomputer 10 judges that a commercial is started when the microcomputer 10 detects that a telop signal is continued, and a sub-audio signal is disappeared when a cinema video recording mode is set, and stops temporarily the video recording operation, and the microcomputer 10 judges that the commercial is ended when the microcomputer 10 detects that the telop signal is continued, and the sub-audio signal is restarted, since the microcomputer 10 restarts the video recording operation, only the commercial is canceled surely, and the video recording is performed.</p> |
