<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient method of manufacturing a heat-resistant substrate having superior photoelectric conversion efficiency, insulation, lightweight and flexibility. SOLUTION: In this method of manufacturing a substrate for a solar cell, a polyimide resin solution (A) and a polyimide resin solution (B) containing diffused insulating particulates are supplied simultaneously into a two-layer die. A two-layer film is obtained by having it pushed out from both the solutions through a discharge port of the two-layer die, so that the polyimide resin solution side having the diffused insulating particulates is brought into contact with a smooth support. Subsequently, the two-layer film is peeled from the support and then dried.</p> |
