<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable bidirectional stability latching solenoid, the side and back yokes of which are not unfixed from each other even when a strong stress acts on the solenoid over a long period. SOLUTION: A bidirectional stability latching solenoid is composed of a coil, a plunger making piston actions, a back yoke 2 constituting a magnetic circuit, and a side yoke 1. The side yoke 1 and back yoke 2 are fixed to each other in such a way that the back yoke 2 is put in the side yoke 1 and four projections 13 and 14 formed on the side yoke 1 so that the projections 13 and 14 may be protruded outward from the external surface of the back yoke 2 are deformed by applying external forces to the projections 13 and 14 by means of caulking jigs 15.</p> |
