PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize careful power control to follow the operation state of an apparatus being the target of control. SOLUTION: Signals is inputted from a pulse detector 5 following the used power of an electric facility and also the quantity of used power and the quantity of reduced power being the quantity of reduced power of apparatuses 4a, 4b, 4c, etc., which are, the target of control are inputted from control terminals 3a, 3b, 3c, etc., which controls the operation of the apparatuses 4a, 4b, 4c, etc., being the target of control into a demand controller 1, and the demand controller 1 computes the regulated control percentage under specified condition, according to the desired reduction percentage of power, and outputs it to the control terminals 3a, 3b, 3c, etc., in every specified time. On the other hand, the control terminals 3a, 3b, 3c,... computes the control percentage as the sum of the preset initial control percentage and the regulated control percentage, and turns on and off the apparatuses 4a, 4b, 4c, etc., which are the target of control, according to this control percentage, thus this controller can realize careful power control geared to the operation state of the apparatuses 4a, 4b, 4c, etc., which are the targets of control. |
