SUBSTANCE: device has housing made in form of two truncated cones interconnected by means of circular insert by their large bases. Partitions mounted inside housing form taper circular passages widening towards central axis of housing. Capillary intake unit with outlet branch pipe is fitted between edges of partitions and circular insert. Inlet branch pipe of housing is parallel to axis of housing; holes made in its surface are perpendicular to plane passing through axes of branch pipe and housing. One or more holes are provided between partitions and between end partition and housing. Drain branch pipe and its inlet are found in central portion of housing. This branch pipe is provided with throttle valve, outlet valve and taper shield. LIQUID-GAS indicator is fitted in central portion of housing. Similar indicator is also provided between partitions or between partition and housing. Small base of one of cones may be provided with transparent portlight.
