PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture surely and effectively a laminated ceramic electronic component which can restrain deterioration of life caused by unevenness on the interface of an inner electrode and a ceramic layer, and generation of structure defect (delamination, crook of an electrode part, etc.), in the case of a thin film multilayer. SOLUTION: After a smoothing treatment is applied to a ceramic green sheet 22 in which ceramic slurry is molded in a sheet, electrode arrangement sheet is formed by spreading electrode paste 21 for forming inner electrodes in a specified pattern. After a laminate is formed by laminating the electrode arrangement sheets, the laminate is baked under a specified condition. If necessary, ceramic paste is spread on a region of the ceramic green sheet where the electrode paste is not formed, and secondary smoothing treatment is further performed.
