PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet roller which can obtain a sufficient magnetic strength even when its diameter is reduced and can well cope with multipole magnetization without dropping its magnetic strength. SOLUTION: In a magnet roller which is obtained by molding a resin magnet composition prepared by scatteringly mixing magnetic powder in a resin binder in a roller and magnetizing the body in a desired magnetic characteristic, rare- earth alloy powder, preferably, anisotropic rare-earth alloy powder is used as the magnetic powder.
