SOLUTION: On both sides of belt width direction of a tension belt 6, a pair of displacement sensors 32 and 32 are arranged and the tension belt 6 and the displacement sensors 32 and 32 are relatively moved to the belt thickness direction and a plurality of specific locations of the belt width direction positions of each straight line part of the inner and the outer surface parts 16 and 17 of the tension belt 6 are inspected in the belt thickness direction. Based on the position data obtained by that, a plurality of approximation linear equations are derived. Based on these linear equations, the dimension and the angle of the specific part are calculated.
