The attachment consists of a spherical or disc-shaped male component and a female component in the form of a plastic sleeve (1) and an inner metal ring (2), both with lengthwise slots. The metal ring has two diametrically-opposite holes (3, 4) to receive and retain the male component of the attachment, which has a greater diameter than the sleeve when at rest. The rear wall of the sleeve has an axial bore (5) for a metal pin (6) which is fixed, especially by electronic welding, to the rear wall of the ring once it is positioned in the sleeve. The top of the ring has an outer shoulder (7) to reinforce and position it in the sleeve.
