PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic account settling system capable of easily and safely settling the accounts while specifying an individual. SOLUTION: A WWW server 21 accepts order data containing ordered contents and a portable telephone number from a client 10, prepares order confirmation data containing the inquiry sentence of whether or not the ordered contents, a price and an order are approved as character data and transmits these data through a communication line to a portable telephone company 30 together with the portable telephone number. The portable telephone company 30 accepts the order confirmation data through a control means 31, dials a portable telephone 12 of the client 10 from a telephone exchange means 32 corresponding to the instruction of the control means 31, converts the character data of the order confirmation data to voices through a synthetic voice generating means and transmits them through a portable telephone line 5. When the order is approved, the charge of the ordered contents is added to the charges of the portable telephone 12 of the client 110 by a charge account settling means 33. |
