<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect abnormality of an image signal to be recorded on a VTR and to notify the related departments of the abnormality. SOLUTION: This system has a video camera 1, the VTR 2 recording the image signal from the video camera, an image abnormality deciding part 4 outputting a signal in the case of detecting the abnormality of the image signal from the VTR 2 and a notifying device 5 notifying to the effect that the abnormality takes place in the image signal to be recorded on the VTR 2 on the basis of the signal of the part 4. The system comprises a timer 45 which counts arbitrary timing and outputs a signal and a controlling part 44 having a control function, which rewinds a magnetic type 207 of the VTR 2 for a fixed period on the basis of the signal outputted by the timer 45, reproduces the tape and also returns to a recording state again, when the reproduction of the rewound tape for the prescribed period is finished. Thus, it is possible to reliably avoid continuing to record without recognizing that the image is not recorder or that disturbance in recorded contents exists so that the recorded contents can not be decided.</p> |
