PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the height of an exposure head with simple constitution while realizing space saving in the case of restraining vibration transmitted to the exposure head by a vibration-proof member. SOLUTION: This image printing device is provided with an image exposure unit EU equipped with the exposure head 5a for exposing an image on photographic paper 2, a supporting frame 14 fixedly supporting the head 5a, the vibration-proof member 15 restraining the transmission of the vibration to the frame 14 from the main body side frame 16 of the image printing device, and a height adjusting means HA adjusting the attaching height of the head 5a. In the device, the member 15 is arranged between the frames 16 and 14, and the means HA is constituted of a thin plate shim member 17 arranged to interpose the member 15.
